1. Children's Privacy

Kwaderno does not knowingly collect data from children aged 13 and below. If we discover that a user in this age group has created an account, the account and all associated data will be deleted immediately. For minor users (under 18), we rely on parents and guardians to oversee their digital safety and privacy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, and user role.
• Writing Content: Essays and drafts created in the workspace.
• Feedback Data: Color-coded error marks and reviewer comments.

3. How We Use Your Information

Data is used to facilitate feedback, manage teacher-published content, and display essays in the community gallery when approved by an administrator.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Users are encouraged to maintain personal backups of important work.
