At Kwaderno, we believe every writer deserves a safe, private space to grow. This policy explains how we handle your data within our digital formal theme notebook.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to facilitate the "Read, Write, Check" cycle:

• Account Data: Name, email address, and user role (Student or Teacher).
• Writing Content: Essays and drafts composed within our cursive-ready workspace.
• Feedback Data: Digital Red Pen marks, strikethroughs, and mentor notes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for educational purposes:

• To facilitate the direct feedback dialogue between students and reviewers.
• To display work in the community gallery (only if the "Publish" option is explicitly selected).
• To maintain and improve the "Digital Red Pen" and focus-oriented workspace features.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Writing content is shared only between the student and their designated reviewer. Public sharing occurs only if you choose to inspire others by publishing your work.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We store essays and feedback as long as your account is active. You have the Right to Erasure.

Manual Deletion: You may request the permanent removal of your account by contacting ajarn.zandy@gmail.com.

Notice of Irreversibility: Upon a verified request, the administrator will purge the account. This action is final. Users are strictly advised to back up their work before making this request, as Kwaderno is not responsible for content lost during this process.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your drafts and feedback. While we strive for absolute security, users are encouraged to use strong passwords and maintain external backups of critical work.
